little lifters (ages 6-8)

45 minute classes for kids to complete fun fast paced workouts, build strength, endurance and community together!

omnia fit (ages 8-17)

30 minute classes for kids to learn the fundamentals of weightlifting, play games, and get a great workout!

team omnia (ages 12 and up)

2 hour sessions where weightlifting athletes practice to compete in the sport of weightlifting.
