The Swamp Strength Showdown is a sanctioned USA Weightlifting meet welcoming athletes of all levels — from complete beginners stepping onto the platform for the first time to experienced lifters chasing national totals. Even if you don’t have a USAW membership, you’re invited to join the fun and test your strength in a supportive competition environment.
Held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at the Oriley Collsuem and Fairgrounds at the Miami International Fit Expo. Spectator tickets to the event are available at https://miamifitexpo.com/
